Prince William And Kate Middleton: The Royal scandal continues…
Yet more embarrassment we’re afraid for Royal beauty Kate Middleton is on its way as it has been revealed that large numbers of the French magazine ‘Closer’ featuring topless shots that have been sold for excessive prices on eBay.
While the website has now removed the copies of the magazine from the online auction site, they were attracting bid of nearly 50 Euros for copies that went on sale last Friday and featured more than ten topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge while she relaxed on an intimate private holiday with Prince Will earlier this month.
A spokesperson said: “Following strong feedback from the eBay community, we will be removing these items, and are already in the process of doing so.” The couple were on an innocent holiday in the Provence region of France, staying at a rural château owned by the Queen’s nephew Viscount Linley, when the photos were taken using a long-lens camera from a public road over a mile and a half away from the home.
According to the Press Association, multiple listings for the magazine are on the site with one seller adding the message: “closer magazine in French bought back from Paris today has photos of the royals topless.” Talk about getting to the point…
Earlier today a French court sanctioned a command which prevents French ‘Closer’ publishing any further
pictures and required them to hand over any digital images of the Duchess to the authorities. With the injunction, publications of last Friday’s magazine have increased in value with Twitter users discussing the shortage of the magazine.
On user writing: “I’m going to France to buy a few copies of Closer, does anyone want one?”
The Royal couple will soon finish their tour of the Far East and return to the United Kingdom. They were said to “furious” over the “grotesque” photographs and the decision to publish them. Poor Kate and Will – we’re not judging you!
