Teenage Paris Jackson Reveals Dramatic Hair Cut
14 year-old Paris Jackson appears to have chopped off her long brown hair, as she tweets pictures of a dramatic new hair cut.
The teenage daughter of the late Michael Jackson posted a picture to her fans on Twitter of her with a new pixie crop hairstyle, similar to Miley Cyrus’ new look.
The picture, which Paris posted onto Twitter and Instagram see’s Paris’ her long brown hair gone, and replaced with the much edgier look. Accompanying the new hairstyle, Paris is seen with a heavy application of black eye make-up, a favorite of the aspiring rock chic.
Since posting the picture, various comments have been made as to whether teenage Paris should have been allowed to make such a dramatic change to her hair, as the new hairstyle is a very mature look for a 14 year-old. Not only has Paris had her hair cut into the choppy short style, she also appears to have had highlights put in, to lighten her hair.
It appears as though those around Paris may have tried to discourage her from getting rid of her long hair as she tweeted the following before posting the picture: “That awkward moment when everyone is saying no to doing the right thing… if I want to cut my hair and donate it I’d appreciate SOME support.”
However, speculation that the hair cut may in fact just me a wig, surfaced when the young star went on to tweet: “how about this one?” with the image. Some say the tweet indicates that Paris was merely trying on wigs to help get a feel for what she would want as a new hairstyle.
When Miley Cyrus received criticism for recently cutting off her hair in favor of a punky platinum blonde crop, Paris was quick to support Miley and her new look, revealing she was a fan of her new hairstyle.
It was recently revealed that Paris had started forming a friendship with Miley and hanging out with her, to the dislike of some of the Jackson family members, who feel the 19 year-old’s wild behavior may have a bad influence on sheltered Pairs. If Paris has cut her hair for real, Miley will no doubt have been the inspiration behind the look.
