Despite scenes for the show being shot on the famous beach, the stars have been forced to stay in a hotel, after their efforts to rent a home in the neighbourhood have been unsuccessful.

Kim along with boyfriend Kanye West and Kourtney along with her partner Scott Disick and their two children Mason and Penelope have been staying in a hotel for several weeks. Although filming has already gotten underway, the plan was for the stars to find a home they could rent to stay in for the remaining time they are going to be in Miami shooting the show.

It has now been revealed that three neighbourhood’s in the area: Sunset Islands, DiLido Island and North Bay Road have made it clear to the stars that they are not welcome.

The production crew must have signature approvals from residents living in the immediate vicinity of a property to go ahead and film, as well as the approval of over 90 percent of homeowners within a 500ft radius.

Residents have refused to sign and approve filming, due to the disruption of not only the film crew but also the paparazzi in their usually quiet neighbourhood, meaning that all the houses they have looked into renting for the show, have not been suitable.

It is thought that the production company have finally found a house within a gated community however that the stars can temporarily move in to. Although this isn’t what Kim and Kourtney had in mind, at the moment, it’s the best offer they have, and with the show already under way they will soon make a move into the new property.
