Selena Gomez’s Co-Stars Show Support On Twitter Following Rumored Split With Justin Bieber
As reports emerge suggesting that teen stars Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have ended their two year romance, after Justin was pictured with Victoria’s Secret model Barbara Palvin, the Disney stars cast-members have took to twitter to show their support for her.
For months now various reports have surfaced suggesting that Selena and Justin’s relationship is on the rocks, but it wasn’t until Wednesday evening when Justin performed at the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show that a break-up truly seemed on the cards.
After Justin’s performance at the lingerie show, sources revealed that Justin hung out backstage, surrounded by models, whilst he looked in particularly cozy with Hungarian model Barbara Palvin, who tweeted a picture of herself with the star.
To make matter worse, Justin decided to see Barbara the following evening, going to the Lion King show at a nearby theatre with her and his best friend Lil Twist. Selena only discovered that Justin was with Barbara, after Lil Twist tweeted a picture of the three together. Clearly shocked by the news, Selena retweeted the picture along with the caption “…..”
Although neither Selena or Justin have announced to fans they have split, numerous insiders claim that Selena has called time on the relationship, blaming the break-up on trust issues.
Fortunately for Selena, it’s not only her fans who have voiced their support for her following the split, but also her fellow Wizards of Waverly Place co-stars who she has been working with this last month, filming a movie of the Disney TV show.
Taking to Twitter, several of the stars dissed Justin in a series of cryptic messages. Jennifer Stone wrote: “That’s why you don’t rob the cradle, because babe’s be trippin”, referring to the two year age gap between 20 year-old Selena and 18 year-old Justin.
Ashley Cook soon after tweeted: “loosing the best thing that’s ever happened to you sucks. Oops”, whilst Francia Raisa simply wrote: “What a fool!!!!”
It was not just the young stars of the movie that addressed Justin, Selena’s on-screen Dad David Deluise, also took to Twitter, sticking up for Selena, stating: “All women should be treated with respect! Listen up boy @selenagomez.”
Meanwhile, Gregg Sulkin, Selena’s love interest in the movie, took a different tactic, posting pictures of himself and Selena looking cozy, in an attempt to anger Justin and make him jealous.
