Quentin Tarantino Linked To Bond Directorial Role
In an interview with TV chat show host Jimmy Kimmel, James Bond star Daniel Craig hinted at the possibility that quirky film director Quentin Tarantino may direct the next 007 movie.
The latest Bond movie Skyfall, which was released in cinemas worldwide at the start of this month, has already made box-office records proving to be an incredible success.
Daniel Craig, who made his third movie appearance as James Bond in Skyfall, has strangely hinted that despite director Sam Mendes successfully reinvigorating the Bond franchise, someone else may direct the next movie.
Speaking to Jimmy Kimmel, Craig did explain that if Mendes wants to return to direct another Bond movie the job is his, after his incredible success with Skyfall.
However Craig continued to suggest that if Mendes chose not to return to the film franchise, Tarantino would be a possible director.
In recent months Craig is said to have developed a budding friendship with the outlandish movie director, something which host Kimmel was quick to pick up on, as he showed a picture of Craig and Tarantino together to the chat show audience.
Meanwhile, Tarantino is set to release his upcoming movie Django Unchained in cinemas worldwide next month. The comic western film features A-List actors Leonardo DiCaprio and Jamie Foxx.
