Prince William And Kate Middleton Plan Romantic Getaway
It has been revealed that Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge are set to embark on a second honeymoon in the South Pacific this month.
Just 18-months ago the royal couple honeymooned in the tropical Seychelles. Now as part of their first official tour on behalf of the Queen, they will be visiting several destinations specifically selected by her.
The pair who married last year will start their 9-day break by flying out to Singapore on September 11th. They will then visit Malaysia, Borneo, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu, before finishing their romantic holiday on the private island Tavanipupu.
William and Kate will indulge in some of the best eastern food there is to offer on their stay as well as enjoying relaxing massages and pampering treatments set in the backdrop of some of the most beautiful naturally kept parts of the world. It is thought that a trip to the rainforest and jungle will also be on the itinerary.
Kate will need to take up to 30 different outfits with her on the trip, including appropriate pieces for trekking in the jungle as well more regal functions. The Queen is expected to loan Kate several items of jewellery for the trip and possibly one of her tiaras, whilst Prince Charles will be paying for a hairdresser to accompany the pair.
The trip will not only be a chance for William and Kate to enjoy each others company, but also an opportunity for them to strengthen British diplomatic and trade ties in several of the Queens sovereign states.
