No Criminal Charges for Justin Bieber who Escapes Injury as his Car Hits Metal

Justin Bieber was fortunate to escape with no injuries when his car was reportedly hit by a BMW on Tuesday in Beverley Hills. He covered his face and got out of his Escalade and left the scene in another vehicle. Bieber was trying to lose the paparazzo who was tailing him for a snapshot. The BMW that was parked in a parking lot near Bouchon restaurant was pulling out and smashed into the Escalade.  Police Lt. Lincoln Hoshino agreed that Bieber could not be pinned down for criminal behaviour as he was not driving and was therefore in his rights to leave the scene.

Another similar incident occurred in January 2013 when a photographer was attempting to take a photo. It resulted in the photographer getting killed.

The incident occurred outside Mastro’s Steak House where he was seen dining with Selena Gomes on June 20. The BMW driver has not been identified. Fans and onlookers lined up on the streets to take photos and film videos. The result was chaotic as this occurred at a stop light on Canon Drive. This is considered a dangerous spot as many crashes occur due to poor visibility.

Justin Bieber has been in the news recently. His affair with Selena Gomez has been rekindled again. Both were spotted spending a day with his grandparents at the zoo a couple of days earlier. They were openly demonstrative with each other according to the tour guide.  Bieber and Selena were involved in a fiery relationship which went awry. Bieber is now busy setting up base at a penthouse suite in Beverley Hills. Complaints from the neighbours have already been received about his smoking and noisy parties.
