Liberty Ross goes public

After celebrating her birthday with friend Simon Robinson on Monday night, Liberty Ross, the estranged wife of Rupert Sanders, hit the LA night scene once again last night as she partied at the infamous Chateau Marmont.

The model caused chaos too, as she wowed crowds when seen wearing her wedding ring for the first time since it was revealed her husband had cheated with actress Kristen Stewart. While it appears to be on her middle finger, not her ring finger, it may be a sign she is ready to forgive Rupert. But we’re not all that sure…

The 34-year-old model stepped out in tight leather trousers, white t-shirt and funky leather jacket as she partied at the exclusive celeb hang out following the Nokia Music launch concert for Fun’s friend Janelle Monae where she hung out in the VIP area with a table of friends.

But does this mean the couple are back together? After pictures were printed of Rupert and Kristen locked in a passionate embrace the director made a public apology to her and their two children. He said, in a statement: “I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family. My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together.”

Although Liberty did not confirm whether the couple are staying together, she did refer to the scandal. Claiming to be a fairly private person, the star insisted she preferred life before “he cheated” when she had a lot more privacy.

“If it weren’t for Simon,” she claimed, “I would not be out. I’m a very private girl. Nobody knew who I was before he cheated and I liked it better that way. I’m here at Eleven (The LA club) and you recognized me. I bet had this scandal not have taken place, you would have walked right passed me.”

Aww don’t be like that Lib – we knew who you were all along…
