Kristin Cavallari Reveals Secrets Behind Post-Baby Figure
Kristin Cavallari has spoken out about how breast-feeding helped her bounce back to her trim figure, in a new interview with People magazine.
The 25 year-old former The Hills star showed off her svelte post-baby figure on Tuesday evening at a breast cancer research event, turning heads in a tight black leather dress, after giving birth just eight weeks ago.
Speaking to People magazine, Kristin reveals revealed breast-feeding as her slimming secret. The reality star said: “I honestly can say I owe it all to breast-feeding.
Kristin went on to explain how naturally feeding her baby boy Camden has helped her regain her figure: “I read somewhere that it’s like running six miles a day. I know nursing is difficult for a lot of moms so it’s easier said than done. I eat healthy in general and I’m taking it easy in the gym and working out three to four days a week.”
Whilst looking incredibly toned given she only gave birth eight weeks ago, Kristin insists she still has some work to do to get back to her former shape, saying: “I do want to tone up my stomach a little bit more. Trust me, if you saw me I’m not ready for a bikini, let’s just put it that way. I’m close, but I haven’t lost all the weight.”
Despite being keen to bounce back to her slender size, Kristin did reveal that this might not be for long, as she and her American football star fiancé Jay Cutler hope to have another baby soon. “We want kids close in age. Jay wants four so we’d love to have two closer in age, take a little break then have two more. I can see us having another baby in a year.”
