Kate Middleton topless photos: The Royals go legal…
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s lawyers are currently preparing to appear in court to stop further publication of any topless shots that may be leaked, after the intimate snaps already appeared in French ‘Closer’ magazine and the Irish ‘Daily Star’.
The couple are very concerned that more publications will publish the shots, with an Italian magazine already planning to print the photos. The lawyers, who are set to appear in court in Paris on Monday 17th September, will also claim damages following the photo scandal, as the Royals visit the Solomon Islands as part of a tour of south-east Asia and the South Pacific.
Kate and William were spotted in the last couple of days in Malaysia at the Borneo Rainforest Lodge and the pair looked content as they posed for pictures and Kate was her usual cheerful self despite all of the recent drama.
According to a source, a pornographic website has also expressed an interest in the photos. The website claims to have obtained a letter sent by the owner of x-rated porn site ‘YouPorn’ to the Editor of the French edition of Closer, the adult website is desperate to obtain the footage and will get it at any cost.
Laurence Pieau, the editor has claimed that the magazine is in possession of even more intimate photos of Kate and William which he has decided not to publish. YouPorn chief Corey Price says he wants to buy said intimate footage.
According to the website, Price wrote in a letter to Pieau: “We feel very confident that we can show this footage legally, and would like to make you aware that we have an ‘open checkbook.’” – Frightening stuff.
The editor has said she held back in publishing the pictures, but did not provide a reason for her decision.
In our opinion, we think that you should leave Kate well alone!
