Fans Boo Rihanna As She Appears On Stage Over Two Hours Late
Popstar Rihanna was welcomed by boos when she arrived on stage over two hours late for her show in Berlin night, it has been revealed.
Rihanna was due to appear on stage at 9pm yesterday evening in Berlin, Germany, as part of her 777 world tour. Unsurprisingly fans were left disgruntled after the singer arrived over two and a half hours late without so much as an apology.
According to NME.com, the German fans began to boo and chant whilst they waited for Rihanna to show.
As event organizers expected the star to take to the stage at 9pm, the warm-up acts DJs Congo Rock and Reflex had long finished their set before her arrival at 11.30pm, leaving the audience standing listening to a mixtape of pop songs.
After Rihanna finally showed up however, it didn’t take long for the crowd to forgive the star for her lateness.
In the early hours of this morning, Rihanna jetted off from Berlin over to London via her special tour plane, which she has been sharing with 150 lucky fans and journalists, who have traveled with her across the world to seven different countries in just seven days, for seven concerts.
Rihanna is scheduled to appear on stage in London at 9pm this evening, before she flies back to America to perform her last concert in New York.
