Cheryl Cole Prepares To Launch Chat Show Career
Popstar Cheryl Cole may have just reunited with her former Girls Aloud members, to celebrate the bands ten year anniversary, but it seems the star has her sights set on making a huge return to British TV screens, as she prepares to launch her own chat show.
Whilst Cheryl was offered her job back as a judge on the UK X Factor, after embarrassingly getting booted off the US show by Simon Cowell last year, the star refused a return, instead focusing on her music career.
Now it appears, that after successfully carrying out her first UK solo arena tour, Cheryl has her sights set on making a return to TV, as it’s revealed that Sky1 are desperate for her to sign a deal with them for a new talk show on their network.
An insider revealed to The Sun newspaper: “SKY1 are desperate to get Cheryl to sign up. They’ve been in talks for a while and believe they will have wrapped up the deal within the next month. Cheryl’s people think she would come across brilliantly. On X Factor she found it easy to connect with people and viewers lover her for it.”
The news comes, just as rumors have emerged earlier this week, claiming Simon Cowell is been planning a return to the UK X Factor next year for the show’s final season, and hopes former judges Cheryl and Australian pop star Dannii Minogue will return will him.
