Biography Reveals Simon Cowell’s Battle With Exhaustion
According to an updated version of his biography, 52 year-old X Factor TV Mogul Simon Cowell recently suffered from a bout of severe exhaustion following his hectic work schedule.
Simon collapsed after his strenuous workload became too much to cope with this summer, causing him to develop nervous exhaustion. The workaholic was reportedly bedridden for two weeks, under advice from concerned doctors.
Not only was Simon seriously fatigued; his immune system was also failing due to the strain of his lifestyle. Simon was advised to take time out from work, as well as quitting smoking, and trading his concoction of health supplements for a healthy diet.
It is now understood that Simon’s exhaustion is the reason why UK X Factor judge Louis Walsh stood in for him in several auditions and promotional events for the US show. At the time Syco Productions, the production company Simon owns, claimed Simon was suffering from Bronchitis, and therefore needed a 3-week break off work.
Despite only being a few weeks since he recovered from the exhaustion, Simon is already back to his demanding work, filming and preparing for the live shows of the US X Factor which is due to start this Autumn, as well as jetting back over to the UK to help save the falling viewing figures for the UK version of his talent singing contest.
Simon’s life revolves around his TV shows as well as his record company. Not only does her work long days, he is constantly taking calls throughout the night, surviving on very little sleep, before starting work all over again. To make matters worse Simon has his work cut out for him to help think of ways to raise viewing figures for the UK X Factor as well as the news that rival singing contest The Voice will be airing at the same time as The US X Factor this Autumn. This news will add more stress to the music mogul, who is desperate for his shows to be the best on TV.
